Screen Printing -

How long have you been printing?

Bel Printworks has officially been printing since 2010. Technically, since way before that if you count the hundreds of shirts we printed for local bands (including our own).

What is your minimum?

Our minimum is 48 pcs for custom screen printed garments. And  96 pcs for contract printing.

What type of apparel do you have to offer?

We offer short sleeve tees, tank tops, hoodies, tote bags, accessories and much more.  If you don’t see something you are looking for please feel free to e-mail us.

What kind of ink do you use?

We offer plastisol (the industry standard) water based, soft hand plastisol and discharge inks.

Can you print all over?

No, please refer to sublimation printers.

How do I submit my artwork to you?

What are your artwork requirements?

We need the files to as detailed as possible. It can be any file format as long as it’s high resolution. We prefer the files to be in an Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop format, but it is not required

What if I don’t have artwork?

We are here to help. Contact us with details of your project and we will give you a discount on Graphic Design services with the combined purchase of custom apparel printing.

Do you print samples?

Only for large runs.

What is your turn-around time custom tees?

Our turn-around time varies from order to order. Usually anywhere from 3-14 business days from the time the deposit is made and all of the paperwork is submitted. (please refer to How to order for details.)

Does it cost more depending on the ink used?

Yes. Cost will be more when using water based, discharge or soft hand plastisol. Plastisol ink printing is the industry standard and usually the most economical in terms of pricing.

Services -

What is your turn-around time on Film Output or Transparencies?

We know how important it is to get your films in a timely manner. Our turn-around time on custom film output is usually 1-2 business days. This will vary if we receive and incorrect art file, or you require additional customization, or if you don't supply the file to start. This will cause delays with your order.

What is your turn-around time on Vectorizing?

Vectorizing a bad art file is very time consuming. Therefore, It will vary by project and the amount of detail that is require. Plan for 3 to 10 business days.

What is your turn-around time on Color Separation?

Color separation will vary by project, but typically takes 1 to 2 business days.

Can you ship my order faster?

Yes, we can ship your faster, you have two options, one economy and one priority at checkout.

Do you arrange my art file / design?

No. It is best if you send us a file that is print ready and sized accordingly. For example your canvas size is set to 11x17 inches when you place an order for a 11x17 film. Ultimately, you don't want us making a judgement call on the design you've worked so hard on. 

How do I prevent my art from coming out with halftones?

To prevent any unwanted halftones it is best to submit a high resolution file, with a minimum of 300 dpi. This includes the blacks to be black within your art program. We lightly adjust our settings to get the best possible output and print. Please make sure to spend a little time making your design as best possible. More info can be found HERE.

Troubleshooting -

I've tried emailing you but you don't respond?

Please make sure you are checking your spam folder. Our team responds to all queries in a timely manner. And have found that a majority of the time are messages are being sent to junk folders or are being stopped by your emails firewall. We can assure you that your message is important to us. Also, please make sure to add "info@belprintworks.com" to your safe senders list.

The uploader does not work, how do I send you my art file?
